Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor for our Oak Brook center store. You will lead daily operations, coach team members, and uphold our brand standards while driving exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

You will support onboarding, training, and a positive work culture, ensuring performance metrics are met and store KPIs are achieved through collaboration with leadership and teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in a supervisory/management role in retail.
• Passion for SKIMS brand and inclusivity mission.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use sales data to improve team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset and deliver personalized service on the floor.
• As Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management and coaching.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations follow standards and cash handling procedures.
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of new Team Members and reinforce standards.
