Job summary

Jobtailor in Kansas is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to assist customers, process transactions, and keep the store organized and safe.

You will lift 30–50 lbs, stock shelves, unload merchandise, and maintain cleanliness while delivering excellent service. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height.
• Must meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills are required.
