Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Store Manager to deliver outstanding consumer experiences and lead the team at our Florida location. You will own daily operations, drive sales and customer engagement, and ensure stock, pricing, loyalty growth, and brand initiatives are executed with excellence.

The role requires strong communication, operational excellence, and proven leadership in a fast-paced environment; flexibility for nights, weekends, and extended hours is essential.

Job description

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M. service model


• Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns


• Recruit and staff the store, including anticipating seasonal needs


• Lead the team in achieving sales, customer service, and product engagement metrics


• Own daily retail operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown execution, loyalty program growth, cleanliness, and recovery standards


• Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize tasks


• Follow up on and complete daily responsibilities


• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives


• Share product and brand knowledge with consumers


• Adhere to Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older


• 4+ years of retail experience; prior Store Manager experience preferred


• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours


• Regular attendance and punctuality


• Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment


• Proven ability to inspire and empower teams while driving performance and achieving results


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills


• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function


• Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment


• Ability to place and arrange items on shelves and racks


• Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise


• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance


• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for extended periods


• Ability to remain on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift


• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and computer/register screen information


• Ability to input information into a computer
