It oversees the full lifecycle of sales financing—including structuring deals, preparing and submitting applications, managing documentation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and lender requirements. The position acts as a senior financial advisor to both customers and the sales team, strengthening relationships with Cat Financial and other lending partners to secure competitive terms and timely funding. Through performance tracking and process optimization, this role ensures operational excellence, risk mitigation, and improved sales outcomes across the dealership.

  • Strong ability to communicate clearly with customers, internal teams, and external partners while resolving issues and building trust.
  • Skill in leading teams, interpreting performance data, and driving process improvements to support operational efficiency and organizational goals.
Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
