Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth for dance studios using our web/phone-based app. You will build a steady pipeline, engage studio owners, and serve as a trusted advocate for clients’ success.

This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, hands-on training, and a path to leadership as you expand your studio network. Candidates should have 3+ years of sales growth experience, excellent communication skills, and a relentless drive to win.

• 3+ years of successful business expansion.
• Passionate ambition, drive, and demand for high standards of excellence.
• Organized with the ability to multi-task while confidently working within time constraints.
• Strong communication (oral/written), computer, and people skills with the desire to win.
• Possess flexibility, creativity, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based compensation model.
