City Wide is seeking a Sales Executive in Minneapolis, MN to identify and secure new business opportunities while managing client relationships. This role offers uncapped commissions and industry-leading training within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 2–3 years successful B2B sales experience with a true “hunter” mindset.
• Sales training certification (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, etc.) is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ready to lift, bend, and walk in the field as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
• Grow a strong base of recurring clients and nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments, present tailored solutions, and negotiate deals.
• Keep CRM pipeline organized and updated for efficiency.
