City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Sales Executive to identify, develop, and secure new commercial clients. You will cultivate relationships with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and key decision-makers to provide customized facility solutions that meet their needs.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys networking, prospecting, overcoming objections, and winning new business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and close new business.
• Demonstrated hunter mentality with a passion for sales and achievement.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
• Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
