You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, building relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility managers to provide customized facility solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and close new business.
• Hunter mentality with a passion for sales and achievement.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
• Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
