Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to expand our Northwest Ohio presence. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting business owners, property managers, and facility managers with tailored facility solutions.

This role offers uncapped commissions, a competitive base salary, and ongoing training within a national brand. Travel across the assigned territory is expected as you drive growth and client partnerships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and close new business.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
• Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
