Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, inbound leads, and events.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customers' hiring needs, challenges, and goals.
• Recommend iHire solutions that align with customer needs and deliver meaningful hiring outcomes.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to business owners, HR professionals, and hiring leaders.
• Build strong customer relationships using a consultative, solution-based sales approach.
