Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Sales Executive for LoopNet in Arlington, VA. You will partner with top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, showcasing properties online and driving advertising revenue.

You will build long-lasting client relationships, advise on product frequency and ROI, and leverage our analytics tools to demonstrate value. On-site role with strong training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a sales role in a B2B environment.
2+ years of commercial real estate (CRE) related experience.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited in-person university or college, required.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with customer experience.
Current and valid driver’s license.
Satisfactory driving record prior to start.

Responsibilities

Relationship Management – build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor.
Business Development – prospect new clients to drive sales using property data.
Teamwork – collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales.
Industry Acumen – develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and CRE trends.
Customer Focus – deliver value through regular communication and solutions.
Travel – conduct regular in-person meetings, may require travel outside driving radius.
