CoStar Group is seeking a Sales Executive for LoopNet in Arlington, VA. You will partner with top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, showcasing properties online and driving advertising revenue.

You will build long-lasting client relationships, advise on product frequency and ROI, and leverage our analytics tools to demonstrate value. On-site role with strong training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a sales role in a B2B environment.
• 2+ years of commercial real estate (CRE) related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited in-person university or college, required.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with customer experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory driving record prior to start.

Responsabilités

• Relationship Management – build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor.
• Business Development – prospect new clients to drive sales using property data.
• Teamwork – collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales.
• Industry Acumen – develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and CRE trends.
• Customer Focus – deliver value through regular communication and solutions.
• Travel – conduct regular in-person meetings, may require travel outside driving radius.
