Job summary

TNA ReadyMix is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive for field sales roles. As an MBA fresher, you will conduct field visits to construction sites, meet builders, contractors, and project managers to promote our concrete products, and generate new leads.

You will coordinate with internal teams, follow up on quotations, and aim to achieve sales targets. Freshers are welcome; strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Conduct field visits to construction sites, builders, developers, contractors, and infrastructure projects.
• Generate new sales leads and identify potential customers for Ready Mix Concrete (RMC).
• Meet builders, civil contractors, architects, consultants, and project managers to promote company products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements, project specifications, and concrete demand.
• Coordinate with internal sales, production, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Follow up on quotations, sales enquiries, orders, and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit daily field visit and sales reports.
• Support payment follow-ups and customer relationship management.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
