Job summary

Recex seeks a field sales professional with 2+ years in cement/building materials to drive TMT bar sales and expand the dealer network. You will meet masons, engineers and contractors, appoint new dealers and enroll professionals, while maintaining DSRs and CRM updates.

Responsibilities include site visits, payment follow-ups and conducting influencer meets to boost market presence. MBA in marketing is preferred; Graduation is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in cement/building materials.
• MBA (Marketing) preferred; Graduation required.
• Experience with dealers, masons, engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Sell TMT bars (primary & secondary).
• Meet dealers, masons, contractors & engineers.
• Appoint new dealers and enroll engineers, masons & contractors.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly DSRs.
• Site visits and CRM reporting/updation.
• Payment follow-up with dealers.
• Conduct influencers meets.
