Lloyd Skoda in Carlisle is seeking a Sales Executive to join the Lloyd Motor Group. You will drive sales by guiding customers through their buying journey, coordinating test drives with the Product Specialist, and delivering a high level of service from initial contact to after-sales follow-up.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong organisational skills and IT literacy. A full UK driving licence is essential, and a 45-hour week applies, with an attractive OTE around

Responsibilities

• Understand and adapt customers’ buying strategies and encourage test drives.
• Agree price and payment methods, advising on financing options within guidelines.
• Follow up every delivery with a personal call to check satisfaction and build relationships.
• Plan and organise daily sales activity including outreach to prospects and existing customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to help the group achieve its objectives.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join Lloyd Skoda based in Carlisle.

Salary: Basic salary with OTE of £50,000

Hours: 45 Hours per week

Role Responsibilities

• Understanding and adapting to the customers’ buying strategy and encouraging them to experience the product through test drives, which are carried out by the Product Specialist.
• Agreeing price and payment methods including advising on any financing options with the customer direct, working within company guidelines.
• Ensuring that each delivery is followed up with a personal phone call to check that the customer is happy with their purchase. Maintain contact with customers to build relationships and future business.
• Planning and organising own daily sales activity – for example by telephoning sales prospects (previous/existing customers or general enquiries) to obtain new business.
• Working alongside colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless service to our customers.
• Positively participating in training and development opportunities to assist the Group in achieving its aims and objectives.
