The Role

• To serve and issue stock to both internal & external customers ensuring the parts department standards are met.
• To receive, correctly identify and warehouse incoming stock and advise management if stock is low.
• Ensure best practice housekeeping standards are maintained for both stores and the retail section of the Parts Department.
• Promote the promotions and practices produced by Parts Management when speaking to customers.
• Participate in the annual formal stock check.

The Training

Qualification: Level 2 Customer Service

Apprentices receive their off‑the‑job training at the state‑of‑the‑art Manufacturer’s Training Centre. This guarantees consistent training across the UK and enables our apprentices to study the most up‑to‑date products and technology. During the course, the training is conducted in both workshops and classroom settings.
