Job summary

Lloyd Jaguar Land Rover retailer in Stockton seeks a Service Advisor to join the Aftersales team. You’ll handle customer inquiries, advise on technical issues, book vehicles for service, and update customers on progress. The role requires strong customer service orientation and IT literacy, with Kerridge knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Service Advisor to join the Aftersales team at our Lloyd Jaguar Land Rover retailer based in Stockton.

Salary: Competitive

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 18:00

Role Responsibilities
