Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Sales Executive to join our fast-growing UK network. You will be the main contact for customers, drive appraisals, negotiate prices and close deals while delivering exceptional service.

No car knowledge required—we train you. You'll work 42.5 hours per week on a 5-on/2-off rota, with weekend work and a strong bonus scheme linked to company performance.

Qualifications

• Current UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches; main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritize diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Do appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with the back office and work with colleagues.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on Company performance.

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
