Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field in Business, Healthcare, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics and understanding of market landscape.
• 5+ years in commercial sales with proven success.
• Expertise or certifications in sales skills delivery.
• Training or field-sales training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve NAM Sales Excellence strategy and curriculum covering mindset, skills, processes and execution across the full sales lifecycle.
• Own and drive adoption of sales methodology framework and value-based selling across zones and roles.
• Embed value-based and consultative selling into training, tools and coaching.
• Prepare and coach other trainers to deliver the framework effectively.
• Support frontline managers to reinforce skills via coaching frameworks and deal reviews.
• Use sales analytics, CRM data and win/loss insights to identify capability gaps and priorities.
• Collaborate with enablement, operations, and marketing to improve pipeline quality and forecasting.
