Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in business, healthcare, or related field.
- 5+ years of commercial or field sales training, coaching and enablement processes preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare diagnostics, with deep market and customer insight.
- Expertise and/or certifications in sales skills delivery.”
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic commercial learning initiatives aligned with business objectives and growth.
- Design role-based learning journeys, onboarding programs, and curricula for sales roles.
- Leverage AI-enabled personalized learning experiences to accelerate performance and career progression.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product) to identify capability gaps and close them with effective training.
