Job summary

Guerbet is seeking a Sales Excellence Trainer, NA to empower the Interventional and Diagnostic Imaging sales teams. You will drive training programs, implement the Guerbet Selling Model, and manage LMS content for new hires and current reps.

Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Compliance, and the global Commercial Excellence team is essential. The role requires strong training delivery, data management, and the ability to travel within the territory to support sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum sales training experience required.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM administration and salesforce.com preferred.
• Knowledge of relational databases and data management basics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and LMS tools such as Compliance Wire.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales training to field sales representatives to ensure territory targets and activities are achieved.
• Support sales and national account activities and territory objectives.
• Assist curriculum development and implementation and maintain the Sales Training LMS.
• Update and maintain training documents and manage scheduling of training programs.
• Travel within the territory to ensure sales objectives are met and participate in territory plans.
• Facilitate training of Key Account Management and Miller Heiman methodologies to reduce external trainer costs.
• Coordinate with HQ to align training with Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams.
• Data management: ensure data integrity, imports, and CRM account/contact updates.
• Reports: run and share weekly/monthly/annual reports and create views for users.
• Maintenance: create user profiles, manage security, and escalate issues to HQ/third parties.
