WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Sales Excellence Trainer, NA is a critical role in ensuring sales success for Guerbet. This position will train both the Interventional Imaging and Diagnostic Imaging sales teams in the Guerbet Selling Model, including DiSC, Miller Heiman, Journey to Selling Solutions, and all product training. They will develop, maintain, and assign training to sales within ComplianceWire or another Learning Management System for new hires and existing representatives. The candidate will also provide continued learning and training internally and field‑based, aligning with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Compliance, and the global Commercial Excellence team. This role is a key resource for Salesforce.com, Mediafly, Litmos, and other sales tools. Additional tasks and assignments will be required as needed to support the sales team.
YOUR ROLE
- Provide sales support and training to field sales representatives to ensure all territory sales plan targets and activities are accomplished, including sales calls, presentations, and new product training.
- Support sales and national account activities.
- Support sales territory objectives.
- Support curriculum development and implementation.
- Update and maintain the Sales Training LMS.
- Organize and maintain documents related to training.
- Manage logistics and scheduling of training programs.
- Travel within the territory to ensure sales objectives are being achieved.
- Participate in territory sales plans and evaluations and provide feedback.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Manage and maintain content and users within Mediafly (GET) Marketing Tool for the US team; serve as key contact for the global rollout of Mediafly across Guerbet.
- Facilitate the training of Key Account Management and Miller Heiman to reduce external trainer costs and keep training relevant.
- Work with HQ to support the training department, marketing, and Commercial Excellence teams, ensuring the US rollout meets organizational needs.
DATA MANAGEMENT
- Ensure data integrity, ongoing cleanup, and manage data imports.
- Add new Accounts/Contacts from CRM users.
REPORTS
- Run weekly, monthly, and annual reports as requested by Managers.
- Create and share views to facilitate individual reporting needs.
- Coordinate with HQ and third‑party vendors to create system reports.
MAINTENANCE/TROUBLESHOOTING
- Create new user profiles and maintain local files.
- Ensure individual roles/security profiles are accurate.
- Troubleshoot technical issues experienced by users and/or elevate issues to HQ, CapGemini, or other vendors.
- Coordinate core change requests with HQ.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Sales training experience required.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM administration and Salesforce.com preferred.
- Knowledge of relational databases.
- Decision‑making, problem‑resolution, and creative thinking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience with LMS systems including ComplianceWire.
