Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area in Somerville, MA is seeking a Sales & Event Support Coordinator to help drive group business and support events. You will work with hotel leaders, assist in planning meetings, and gain exposure to hotel sales and operations.

You will coordinate meetings, create presentations, manage client communications, and maintain CRM data, enabling memorable guest experiences and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, sales support, event planning, customer service, or administrative coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales & Events team as the go-to partner.
• Handle client communications, proposals, contracts, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, group bookings, and events.
• Create professional presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
• Maintain CRM and sales systems with accurate client data.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, F&B, and Operations to ensure flawless events.
• Track sales performance and revenue-driving activities.
• Support guest and client experiences from inquiry to execution.
