Job summary
Zscaler is seeking a Manager, Commercial Sales Engineering, Central to lead and grow the sales engineering organization across the US. This remote role partners with GTM, Product, and Engineering to execute strategic solutions and close deals for customers and partners in the Gen AI market.
You will recruit, mentor, and scale the core team, refining discovery, qualification, and PoC processes while collaborating with sales leadership to drive revenue growth in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
Qualifications
- Experience leading a sales engineering team in a tech/security environment.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop talent.
- Strong cybersecurity and networking knowledge.
- Ability to communicate value-based selling in a matrix GTM environment.
