Job summary

Visa is seeking a Sales Engineer Manager to lead technical presales and implementations of Visa Acceptance Solutions for merchants and acquirers in the Andean region, with responsibility across Central America. You will work with product, sales and partners to design, deliver, and optimize integrated payment solutions, including CyberSource platforms, risk and network products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.
Bilingual English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead Technical Presales and Support for Visa Acceptance Platform in the designated region.
Design solutions architecture and lead product implementations for merchants and acquirers.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Services to ensure successful deployments.
Document business and technical requirements; provide reliable project estimates.
Deliver technical training and conduct product demonstrations for stakeholders.
