Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree (or 8+ with an Advanced Degree) or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Experience in solutions architecture or technical sales engineering, ideally in payments/fintech.
• Strong understanding of technical architectures, APIs, data flows, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.

• Drive the Pismo technical sales strategy across Europe, guiding discovery and evaluation cycles with issuers and fintechs.
• Design and win multi-product deals that combine Pismo with Visa Value-Added Services.
• Own end-to-end engagements, ensuring solutions are implementation-ready and aligned with delivery capabilities.
• Serve as the senior technical voice in high-stakes deals, influencing executive stakeholders.
