The role emphasizes applying AI/ML and Generative AI to boost developer productivity and business outcomes, partnering with security, governance, and operations teams to ensure compliance and resilience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering leadership experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Kafka, and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-scale fintech platforms.
• Hands-on with architecture, design, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and deployment of secure payment acceptance products.
• Remain hands-on with architecture, design reviews, code reviews, and production readiness decisions.
• Provide engineering leadership to ensure solutions meet platform standards and availability goals.
• Define technical strategy for payment processing and acceptance platforms in alignment with product vision.
• Mentor engineers and engineering leaders through regular feedback and technical reviews.
