Job summary

Visa is seeking a high-impact Product Principal to drive the Acceptance Growth Center of Excellence (AG COE) across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). This leader will translate strategy into execution, orchestrating pilots and scaling solutions through cross-functional teams and regional markets.

The role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on execution, and ability to move quickly with structured experiments. Spanish is required; English fluent, Portuguese a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree or 0 years with a PhD.
• 6+ years with a Bachelor's or 4+ years with an Advanced degree; 0-3 years with a PhD if applicable.
• 5-7 years of experience in product management, fintech, payments, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Execute the AG COE strategy and roadmap across LAC.
• Lead MVP pilot design and experiments with KPI tracking.
• Drive SMB growth and merchant graduation initiatives.
• Support expansion of bill payments ecosystems and partnerships.
• Coordinate integration with issuers, acquirers, and PaaS providers.
• Monitor performance metrics and translate data into product improvements.
• Collaborate across Product, Sales, Data, Pricing, Legal and CMS.
