Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team and support our SEC/EDGAR product suite.

The Sales Engineer will provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, supporting the Broadridge Corporate Issuer sales team, conducting software demos, and ensuring prospective clients understand the value and functionality of our enhanced compliance and reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or sales support experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales plans.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at once.
• Very good technical understanding of digital products and ability to articulate product updates.
• Proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint and Excel for preparing demos and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Establish best practices for pre-demo data gathering and post-demo follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales peers and leaders to drive opportunities.
• Develop relationships with key customers to retain and grow revenue over time.
• Participate in contract negotiations and help manage the sales pipeline.
