Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Energy Sales Executive to develop and manage customer relationships, identify opportunities, and drive growth of Energy Services solutions.

You will optimize energy usage, reduce costs, and enhance resilience for customers through energy management and related services. In this role you will build a strong pipeline, deliver value-based solutions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets while maintaining CRM integrity and staying aligned

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across targeted customer segments.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead sales activities across the lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Communicate value of Energy Services and tailor recommendations to customer needs.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand objectives, challenges, energy strategies, and sustainability goals.
• Support territory and account growth plans and collaborate with technical and commercial teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Participate in customer reviews to improve satisfaction and expand relationships.
