Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or MET preferred.
• 2+ years of engineering work experience outside academia.
• Technical sales experience, industrial sector preferred.
• Material handling automation design and sales experience.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with customers through regular visits.
• Assess needs and present tailored automation solutions.
• Sell a wide range of products and services to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.
• Provide professional sales quotes in a timely manner.
• Master business technology tools (AutoCAD, CRM, PowerPoint).
• Pursue leads from the company website and suppliers.
• Maintain customer data in the CRM.
• Communicate strategic information about suppliers, customers, and competition.
• Network with business contacts in the territory and industry.
• Keep product knowledge up to date through training.
