ColonialWebb in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Sales Engineer to manage strategic accounts in industrial refrigeration. You will develop relationships with general contractors, coordinate with internal teams, and drive bids to awarding.

Five years in industrial refrigeration, knowledge of ammonia/CO2 systems, strong communication and organizational skills are essential. You will own the customer relationship lifecycle from inquiry to proposal, ensuring our qualifications are invited to bid.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial refrigeration, with a focus on ammonia and/or CO2 systems.
• Technical background and working knowledge of related equipment sold.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple opportunities.
• Comfortable taking full ownership of customer relationships and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and own relationships with general contractors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and internal team.
• Ensure the company is invited to bid on applicable projects.
• Follow up on proposals after submission and drive them to award.
• Maintain strong organization and communication throughout the sales cycle.
