Job summary
DELO Industrial Adhesives LLC seeks a driven technical sales professional in the Greater Sudbury area. You will design advanced adhesive solutions, partner with our US and German engineering teams, and drive startup projects with ongoing customer support.
The role requires at least 5 years in a technical corporate setting, a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Master’s welcome), and a willingness to travel. Training in Germany is provided.
Qualifications
- Location in the Greater Sudbury Area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master's welcome).
- Minimum 5 years in a technical corporate environment.
- At least 2 years of customer support; sales experience desirable.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems.
- No prior adhesives experience required; extensive training in Germany.
- Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Design and develop complex adhesive solutions for high-tech industries.
- Collaborate with US and German executives and engineering teams.
- Provide start-up project development and ongoing customer support.
- Manage internal and external projects and timelines.
- Establish and grow the local sales network.
- Represent DELO at trade shows and industry events.
