Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, is seeking a Sales Engineer - Department of War (DoW) who will work with Sales, Marketing and Business Development to tailor solutions for DoW customers and to support demonstrations, training, and field deployments.

The role requires travel up to 50%, active U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a SECRET clearance within 15 months, and strong RF/Networking knowledge including C/C++. Remote work may be possible depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or 6+ years pre/post-sales experience with a Diploma.
• Proficiency with RF instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including planning and training.
• Conduct product demonstrations for customer visits and evaluations.
• Interact with customers to tailor Silvus radio and networking solutions.
• Travel up to 50% for meetings, events and demonstrations.
• Assist in feedback to development and future product direction.
