Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Department of War (DoW) to work with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. You will provide tailored technical solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and support customers across the DoW portfolio.

The role requires a strong technical background in RF/multi-antenna mesh systems, willingness to travel up to 50%, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field with 2+ years in pre/post-sales technical support.
• Alternatively, HS diploma with 6+ years in pre/post-sales support.
• Proficiency with RF instruments (signal generators, spectrum analyzers).
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• U.S. citizen; ability to obtain SECRET clearance within 15 months.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including system planning and training.
• Conduct product demonstrations and support customers in evaluations.
• Visit customer sites to provide technical support and training.
• Troubleshoot field issues and provide feedback to engineering teams.
• Assist in coordinating resources and supporting sales activities.
• Travel up to 50% for meetings, events, and demos.
