Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Sales Engineer for DoW to provide pre- and post-sales technical support, demonstrations, and customer training. Travel up to 50% and remote work options depending on location apply. This role requires an active US SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one and US citizenship.

The candidate will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Business Development, influencing product direction and supporting field deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 2+ years in pre- and post-sales tech support.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites; travel up to 50%.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. Citizen due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including system planning and training.
• Demonstrate Silvus solutions and conduct product demonstrations for customers.
• Visit sites to deliver technical training and support.
• Troubleshoot field issues and communicate feedback to engineering teams.
• Travel for meetings, events, and demonstrations up to 50%.
