Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a Sales Engineer - Department of War (DoW) to support technical sales, demonstrations and customer solutions for advanced MIMO radios and mesh networking. Travel up to 50% and potential for remote work depending on location.

Ideal candidates hold a technical degree, RF instrumentation expertise, and U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field required, with 2+ years pre/post-sales experience.
• Proficiency with RF instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain SECRET clearance within 15 months of hire.
• All employment contingent on background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including planning and training.
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist with customer evaluations.
• Travel to customer sites for on-site support and training.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams to tailor solutions.
• Contribute to product development feedback from field experiences.
