Job summary

West Fraser is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to enhance onboarding, training, and enablement across the sales lifecycle. You will translate complex processes into practical guidance, develop job aids, and support adoption of standard sales processes.

You will collaborate with Sales and cross‑functional teams to document ways of working, fill process gaps, and maintain a centralized library of training resources. This role offers on‑site work at US Operations Office in Cordova, TN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales operations, training, customer service, or related field.
• Strong written communication and ability to create clear procedures and job aids.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint; process documentation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain onboarding, training, and enablement materials to help Sales ramp up quickly.
• Document and maintain sales processes, business rules, and operating guides.
• Partner with Sales and cross‑functional teams to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Maintain centralized repository of sales documentation and training resources.
• Support communication and adoption of new processes through workshops and training.
• Build working knowledge of West Fraser’s products and end‑to‑end sales processes.
