Job summary

You will build a scalable program, set standards for readiness, and coach sellers to higher levels of performance. You will work closely with sales leadership to close skill gaps, translate best practices into repeatable methodologies, and continuously improve training effectiveness as Avive

Qualifications

• Experience building and delivering sales training programs.
• Ability to design structured onboarding and continuous development curricula.
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial onboarding: design and lead a scalable onboarding program.
• Develop a comprehensive curriculum for ongoing sales development.
• Establish clear competency frameworks and readiness certifications.
• Deliver engaging live and virtual training sessions and workshops.
• Coach and develop the sales team with targeted guidance.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Translate top performers' practices into repeatable programs and tools.
• Maintain deep product and market expertise to inform training.
• Measure onboarding effectiveness and training impact on performance.
• Regularly evolve content based on feedback and market changes.
• Travel to Brisbane, CA HQ for at least one week per month if located outside SF Bay Area.
