Job summary

Allied Solutions is seeking a Sales Enablement & Development Specialist to support the field of 150+ reps with enablement activities, communications, and development opportunities. You will manage the sales enablement platform, release new features, develop training and webinars, and partner with leadership to upskill the field through targeted learning programs and sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–4 years in sales enablement or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Seismic and LMS/eLearning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• System administrator for a sales enablement platform and coordinate feature releases.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to adopt enablement technologies.
• Create and manage repository of sales collateral and resources.
• Develop and deliver webinars and training materials for the field.
• Create onboarding plans and coordinate learning opportunities.
• Partner with National Sales Training Manager on tech training and sessions.
