Job summary

Imperial Supplies, a Grainger Company, is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to develop and deliver training that strengthens the skills and effectiveness of our sales teams. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Digital, and other partners to equip teams with the resources they need to succeed.

You’ll design and facilitate training for both inside and outside sales, develop learning content, partner with sales leaders to address development opportunities, and

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of sales, training, or related experience.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate engaging training programs for both inside and outside sales teams.
• Develop learning content and resources that build sales capabilities and drive performance.
• Partner with sales leaders to identify development opportunities and implement targeted solutions.
• Measure training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and business outcomes.
• Provide coaching, observations, and reinforcement activities to support long-term learning transfer.
• Facilitate training in both in‑person and virtual environments.
