Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience within L&D, sales enablement, commercial training, or capability development roles.
• Experience within recruitment, staffing, engineering, energy, technical services, or similar commercial environments.
• Deep understanding of sales processes, revenue drivers, client development, and business performance.
• Excellent facilitation skills to design engaging, practical learning experiences.

• Designing Commercial Learning Solutions: Create and deliver training programmes focused on sales performance and revenue generation.
• Aligning Learning with Business Strategy: Ensure initiatives support regional sales objectives and market opportunities.
• Adapting Global Programmes: Tailor content to address Americas-specific business needs.
• Partnering with Senior Stakeholders: Collaborate with leaders to identify capability gaps and develop solutions.
• Delivering Sales Excellence Training: Facilitate learning across recruitment, account management, and client relationships.
• Developing Future Leaders: Support managers through leadership training and coaching.
• Embedding Learning into Daily Performance: Integrate learning within live commercial activity and processes.
