Job summary
Broccoli AI in Lehi, Utah is seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer to onboard and develop our Sales Development Representatives. You will partner with the Enablement Lead to build systems, content, and coaching that turn new SDRs into top performers, delivering hands-on onboarding and ongoing skill development across the SDR team.
This role emphasizes coaching delivery, live trainings, and crafting a repeatable ramp program to scale outbound performance.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Proven track record of a top performing SDR.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced scaling environment.
- Strong understanding of Outbound/Inbound sales motions.
- Building, collaborative and creative mindset.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong ability to prioritize work and minimize distraction.
Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding program for SDR new hires.
- Daily coaching and skill development for the SDR org post onboarding.
- Frequent structured call reviews and live ongoing trainings with the SDR org.
- Identify and partner with SDR leadership to close performance gaps.
- Conduct call reviews with the full team and in individual sessions.
- Holding reps accountable for skill benchmarks established during onboarding.
