Job summary

Broccoli AI in Lehi, Utah is seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer to onboard, develop and continuously educate our SDRs. You will partner with the Sales Enablement Lead to shape onboarding programs, content, and coaching infrastructure that scale outbound performance.

You’ll deliver daily coaching, run live trainings, and identify performance gaps with SDR leadership, helping turn new hires into top performers while maintaining an adaptable, creative approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development positions.
• Proven track record of a top performing SDR.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced scaling environment.
• Strong understanding of Outbound/Inbound sales motions.
• Building, collaborative and creative mindset.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong ability to prioritize work and minimize distraction.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding program for SDR new hires
• Daily coaching and skill development for the SDR org post onboarding
• Frequent structured call reviews and live ongoing trainings with the SDR org
• Identify and partner with SDR leadership to close performance gaps
• Conduct call reviews with the full team and in individual sessions
• Holding reps accountable for skill benchmarks established during onboarding
