Job summary

Chadwell Supply in Tampa, FL is seeking a Customer Service Training Specialist to deliver onboarding and retraining for the Customer Service team, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.

You will design course content, create presentations, update SOPs, train on operational procedures, and coordinate weekly or monthly refresher sessions in collaboration with the Training Manager and Customer Experience Leadership at Chadwell’s 29 branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SalesPad is a plus.
• Ability to perform data entry and analyze orders efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding of new customer service members including scheduling, training sessions, LMS modules, and progress tracking.
• Create, update, and maintain SOPs, guides, and training materials.
• Develop and apply learning tools to support employee development.
• Guide team members to leads/managers for discretionary issues and escalation.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Leadership to stay current on training opportunities.
• Shadow leads and trainers to continuously improve onboarding and training skills.
• Coordinate weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly refresher trainings based on team needs.
