Locality is seeking a Sales Marketing Specialist to equip our Sales teams and external partners with knowledge, tools, training, and resources needed to successfully position and sell Locality’s Streaming TV, Broadcast, and Data solutions.

You will develop and deliver training sessions, maintain LMS content, and create sales enablement materials while collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Insights, and Product Marketing to translate market intelligence into practical sales tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field.
• 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Marketing, Sales Training, Marketing, Customer Success, Learning & Development, or related role.
• Strong organization and project management to handle timelines and approvals.
• Ability to translate research and insights into practical sales materials.

Responsabilités

• Equip Sales teams and external partners with knowledge, tools, training, and resources to position and sell Locality’s solutions.
• Create and maintain sales presentations, training materials, one-sheets, playbooks, onboarding resources, and videos.
• Develop and deliver virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Manage LMS and enablement content, ensuring materials stay current and effective.
• Measure training effectiveness via feedback, completion metrics, and engagement.
• Translate market and product information into seller-ready materials.
• Support onboarding and ongoing education as Locality evolves.
