Job summary

OxBlue, based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to drive sales productivity through reporting, CRM administration, deal distribution, and collaboration with marketing and sales operations.

You will develop and deliver learning and enablement solutions to boost the sales team's effectiveness, partner with stakeholders, and support continuous improvement across the organization. A hybrid work model with occasional remote days is available.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years project management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
• Experience juggling multiple projects at one time.

Responsibilities

• Reporting: develop and deliver project-level reporting for multiple initiatives.
• Admin: HubSpot deal reconciliation, sales scheduling, and training initiatives.
• Sales enablement: manage sales tools, lead imports/assignments.
