Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Sales Enablement Coordinator to optimize our B2B sales portal, manage assets, and support wholesale and DTC readiness. You will coordinate seasonal training, maintain content libraries, and align cross-functional teams on product licensing and GTM initiatives.

The role requires collaboration with product, merchandising, and operations to ensure timely delivery of training materials, accurate SKU data, and effective internal communications for a fast-paced apparel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–3 years in a coordinator or support role, preferably in retail apparel.
• Strong organizational skills for managing physical samples and digital catalogs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the B2B sales portal with assets, data, and access.
• Support adoption of sales tools and ensure SKU data accuracy for wholesale accounts.
• Coordinate seasonal trainings, schedules, materials, and presenters.
• Maintain GTM content library and disseminate internal updates on licensing changes.
• Prepare resources for trade shows and key account meetings.
