Now, we’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to scale the impact of our high-performing sales and partner teams.

As our first enablement hire (IC role), you’ll own the strategy, execution, and innovation behind programs that empower our sellers to win—faster, smarter, and more often.

What You’ll Own:

Build & Launch Enablement Programs – Design onboarding and continuous development initiatives for sales and channel teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Create High-Impact Content – From competitive battlecards and case studies to sales playbooks and training guides—make our go-to-market teams sharp, confident, and consistent.

Coach for Performance – Run training, live coaching, and skill development sessions across everything from discovery to objection handling and closing.

Drive Measurable Results – Track KPIs to assess enablement impact, gather feedback, and iterate for performance gains.

Be the Cross-Functional Glue – Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and regional leaders to ensure tight alignment in messaging, tools, and priorities.

Own Sales Tools & Tech – Lead enablement platforms and ensure the team is equipped, trained, and fully leveraging tech stack investments.

What You Bring:

️ 4+ years in sales enablement, GTM training, or sales strategy

️ Proven record of launching enablement initiatives that moved the needle

️ Deep understanding of sales processes, SaaS lifecycles, and modern methodologies

️ Outstanding communication and facilitation skills—especially with senior stakeholders

️ Data-driven, project-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities

️ Experience in high-growth, fast-paced tech environments (Cybersecurity/SaaS a plus)
