THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Sales Enablement to join our sales leadership team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales enablement strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize sales productivity across our organization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and sales operations to ensure our sales organization is equipped with the tools, knowledge, and skills needed to effectively communicate our value proposition. The Sales Enablement leader will be responsible for developing and executing sales enablement strategies to accelerate revenue growth and drive sales effectiveness across Ncontracts' integrated GRC software portfolio.

WE OFFER
Compensation Information
Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $140,000 to $160,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
