Job description

Clinical Sales Enablement Manager (Remote)

Join to apply for the Clinical Sales Enablement Manager (Remote) role at Stryker.

Develops, plans, and conducts training on techniques for selling the organization's products and/or services for sales representatives and reseller partners. Designs training classes and materials and prepares documentation. Conducts sales training needs assessments and analyzes employee training needs to determine requirements for new program development. Monitors and evaluates sales training programs, assesses results, and implements enhancements as needed to ensure effectiveness.

What you will do:
  1. Plan and execute product education programs
  2. Provide Orthopedic Instruments sales team with knowledge to clinically differentiate our technologies
  3. Support the Orthopedic Instruments sales team in the field with clinical education to HCPs
  4. Support the Orthopedic Instruments sales team in the operating room with new clinical technologies product trials
  5. Drive product messaging at a ground level with physician engagement opportunities
  6. Support cross-divisional education lab opportunities to introduce new clinical technologies
  7. Collaborate across multiple Stryker business units
  8. Develop strong relationships with the Orthopedic Instruments sales team and demonstrate collaboration skills
  9. Become the clinical expert in the assigned Orthopedic Instrument portfolios
  10. Develop and execute regional clinical product strategies in partnership with regional managers
  11. Utilize strong clinical and educational communication skills
  12. Build partnerships with internal product Brand teams to ensure proper and consistent messaging to the sales team
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of work experience
  • Medical Device Industry experience
  • Operating Room exposure/experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA (preferred)
  • Sales experience (preferred)

Salary range: $100,500 - $215,300 plus bonus and benefits. Actual compensation varies based on location, skills, and experience.
